2 Donations and Refunds

Donations made to VBCT India Helping Hands Trust are voluntary and non-refundable. Please ensure the accuracy of your details before completing the transaction.

• 80G Benefit: Donations are eligible for tax deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
• Receipts: Official receipts will be issued within 7-10 working days after successful verification of the payment slip.
• Purpose: The trust reserves the right to allocate funds to the project with the highest immediate need unless specified for a particular cause.

3 Volunteer & Internship Application

Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information. VBCT India reserves the right to reject any application or terminate a volunteer’s association without prior notice if conduct is found inconsistent with the trust's values.

4 Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and images on this website are the property of VBCT India Helping Hands Trust. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

5 Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, VBCT India is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or the information contained herein.

6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
